In today’s rapidly evolving learning environment, professional development professionals must find creative ways to captivate learners, ensure knowledge retention, and accurately measure learning outcomes. This session will explore cutting-edge strategies to personalize learning, foster interactive engagement, and implement data-driven assessment techniques that enhance educational impact.
Attendees will explore how AI-powered tools and instructional design techniques can be leveraged to maximize knowledge retention through active learning strategies, real-time analytics, and adaptive assessments. Participants will gain hands-on experience with strategies to help learners not only absorb information but also retain and apply it effectively through interactive activities, formative assessments, and well-structured learning guides.
