The Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) training is a 5-day course specifically designed to enhance the skills of property managers, which can result in better managed and more profitable rental properties, improved resident retention rates and increased employee productivity.
CAM Requirements:
- Minimum of 12 months of onsite property management experience in a management role or position (Assistant Managers do qualify)
- Successful completion of all CAM coursework (totaling 40 hours)
- A passing score on the CAM exam within six months of declaring candidacy

- Module 2 Property Maintenance
- Module 3 Legal Responsibilities
- Module 4: Marketing
- Module 5: Managing Teams
- Module 6: Leading People
