Session Topic

Are your learning programs truly making an impact—or just checking a box? Drawing from both corporate training and higher education, this session introduces research-based best practices for evaluating adult learning, with a focus on the widely used Kirkpatrick Model. We’ll examine how these methods can apply specifically to NAAEI credential programs. Through live polling, group discussion, and a hands-on activity, you’ll walk away with practical tools and a customized evaluation approach you can implement in your association right away.
